There are a few ways to earn credit. Explore the options below to discover how you might have part of your degree already completed.

    Transfer credits from another college or university

    Delta College accepts transfer credits from other colleges and universities, even other organizations, with numerous courses pre-approved for credit transfer. You can review your expected course transfer equivalencies using our handy transfer tools. You will need to submit your official transcripts to our Registrar's Office for formal evaluation.

    Transfer credit from your high school

    High school and tech center articulation is a process by which students have the opportunity to earn college credits for career and technical courses they take in high school or at a technical center.

  • Student in management class

    Credit for Prior Learning

    Through Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) students who have taken high school advanced placement or international baccalaureate courses can get credit for that work. Adult students can earn college credit for the knowledge gained in their life and work experiences, such as military experience or existing career certifications.
