classes and swimming lessons. Spots fill quickly, so register early!

Come learn to punch, kick, and have fun all while burning calories! The class will be an hour long and will help you get your heart rate up while taking some frustrations out on a punching bag! Bringing your own gloves can improve comfort and hygiene. If you do not have your own gloves we will have community gloves to lend.
Every Tuesday at 12pm from March 17th until May 12th.
Every Wednesday at 4:30 from May 20th until July 22nd.

Delta College Fitness and Rec Center is proud to host a self defense class. This class is designed to teach people how to use their body and everyday objects to defend themselves in dangerous situations. We will also train you to be aware of your surroundings, and to build confidence in yourself.
This class will run Thursdays at 11am until May 1st.
This class will run Thursdays at 12pm from May 7th until July 23rd.

What is Fitness On Demand?
Fitness on Demand (FOD) is a computer-based, high definition video system that offers a wide variety of popular workouts for our members to experience at their convenience. The system is available to members anytime during our hours of operation when classes are not scheduled with live instructors. Members will also have the option to participate in pre-scheduled virtual classes, with more than 250 unique programs available. Varied classes include yoga, barbell and weight training, Pilates, kickboxing, HIIT-style, studio cycling, a variety of dance-based exercise formats and more.
