The Teaching Learning Center is a great resource for doing the very best you can in your classes. And, at Delta, tutoring is free.

Tutoring provides personalized learning assistance to help you improve your understanding and skills in specific subjects. It involves one-on-one or small group support outside the classroom setting, aimed at enhancing comprehension, boosting academic performance and building confidence.

It’s an on-campus or online, appointment-based service that allows you to get help in a variety of general education subjects, from math and science to humanities and social science.

 

 

Not to brag, but Delta's Teaching Learning Center (T/LC) was one of the first community college tutoring centers in the country when it opened in 1976. Since then, it continues to evolve to best support each student in developing their learning, studying and test-taking skills.
